Why Mamaliga
You don't cut mămăligă with a knife. You slice it with a thread, pulled tight between two hands, over the embers. We kept that thread: it runs across the back, signs the thigh and holds the set together.
A hoodie and pants cut from the same fleece, dyed in the same bath. Sold together, because one is not complete without the other.
