Shipping
Every piece is printed after you order, then shipped by the workshop that made it, in the United States. The stated time covers both production and transit.
01Rates and delivery times
- Europe and Switzerland: €19.90, 10 to 30 days.
- United States and Canada: €8.49, 7 to 20 days.
Delivery times start once your payment is confirmed and can run longer in busy periods. You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
02Customs fees
Your set is printed to order by our print partner in the United States and shipped from there. To the 27 countries of the European Union, as long as the parcel is worth less than 150 EUR, which a single set is, our partner declares and pays the import VAT in advance through the EU's one-stop shop (IOSS): the carrier has nothing to charge you on delivery. Above 150 EUR, in practice from two sets in the same order, and for any delivery to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, the carrier may collect import VAT, customs duties and its own handling fee on arrival. These amounts are set by the authorities of the destination country, do not come to us, and are included neither in the displayed price nor in the shipping cost.
We would rather tell you before you buy than have you find out at the door. If a parcel looks unusually taxed, send us the carrier's notice at dracula@mamaliga.ch and we will check the declaration the workshop made.
03One set, one workshop
The hoodie and the trousers come from the same workshop in the United States. Sometimes the workshop ships them in two parcels, a few days apart. You only pay shipping once, and the 14-day withdrawal period only starts when you receive the last piece.
04Address and lost parcels
We use the address entered at payment; we can no longer change it once production has started. If tracking is stuck for more than a week, or shows a delivery you did not receive, write to us: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, we reprint or refund.
